The product worked well for about 3 months but then suddenly stopped working. Tried to locate a service center of the company but could not get the info for domestic appliances. They have service center for power tools but not for domestic appliances.Called their Customer care Center, they gave me a number to call. On calling that number, got directed to another number and another number from there.I am unable to locate their service center till now as i was directed to Sales people and not service people. Looks like company has no set up for servicing these small appliances. I am disappointed with their approach to after sales service.

For the price, I can't say I'd expect a lot more than reliable toasting, but the temperature control is very experimental and sensitive to preheating. I found the safe-spot around 3.75. However, the turn-knob is very loose and I doubt if it registers the setting accurately.In my opinion, for best results, turn the toaster on to your preferred setting, allow to preheat and then place the slices after they're well at the temperature. It is a whimsical toaster. It toasts the way it wants and isn't really concerned with how you like your toasts.I'd have preferred an overhead hot-dog separator rack - can't see how much more it'd have cost to add that!
